Carebridge Donor Recognition

In September 2019, Carebridge unveiled a new donor recognition wall at Country Street Centre in Almonte.  Designed and created by local artists, the new installation recognizes donors who have contributed to the new Country Street Solarium. Going forward, the wall will recognize all donors to Carebridge.
