Carebridge has a vision of person-centred communities across Lanark County where people are connected by caring; where everyone is supported as well as actively engaged in living independent, happy lives while contributing to the quality of life and well-being of all.

Carebridge Mission

Carebridge fosters person-centred, caring communities across Lanark County. Our staff and volunteers address and serve the needs of an aging population, people with physical and intellectual disabilities as well as those struggling with barriers to housing. By serving, supporting and empowering the most vulnerable, we elevate the well-being of the entire community.
