Carebridge fosters person-centred, caring communities across Lanark County - from McDonald’s Corners to Carleton Place to Almonte; from Pakenham to Smiths Falls – and everywhere in-between.
Our efforts are strengthened by collaboration and strong partnerships with clients, publicly funded organizations, levels of government, funders and like-minded groups, individuals and companies.
Carebridge Community Support connects and is a catalyst for fostering stronger, caring, person-centred communities across Lanark County by working together to meet the needs of seniors, adults with developmental disabilities and those who need affordable housing.
